Common Symptoms of Anxiety:

Identifying the symptoms is a crucial first step in addressing anxiety effectively. Anxiety, if not managed, can escalate to panic attacks, creating a cycle that intensifies the symptoms. Sometimes people don’t even realise that they’re experiencing anxiety and think there’s something broken or terribly wrong about them.

Symptoms include:

Racing thoughts, difficulty concentrating, heart palpitations, intrusive thoughts, and feelings of detachment, a change in appetite, broken sleep, irritability, a sense of overwhelm, a sense of dread when you wake up and unexplained physical symptoms.
