Phobias are excessive and intense fear of something which may not concern other people. Phobias can hold you back from living the way you want. Phobias are very common and varied. It’s true to say that you can have a phobia of almost anything from spiders, heights, flying, public speaking to the less common phobias of buttons, fruit or even soft toys. Our unconscious minds are always trying to protect us and makes simple calculations through our life of what is safe and unsafe.

The good news is that they are relatively easy to get over with hypnotherapy and simple tools to help you relax and control your emotions.

I use a number of ways to find the root cause of your phobia and then help reprogramme your unconscious mind to no longer fear whatever it is that causes your excessive reaction. As each client is different, the treatment plan will vary but I have a lot of success with helping people leave their phobia behind them and move on with their lives.
