Cognitive Hypnotherapy – Overview of what I offer

Cognitive Hypnotherapy Reading

With Cognitive Hypnotherapy, I can help you make the lasting changes in your life that means you can become free to live the way you want. By working on the root cause of your issues, these changes can be long-lasting.

I offer a free 30 minute phone consultation with all clients without any commitment. Most people find this useful whether we decide to continue to work together or not. Following our call, we can meet in person in central Reading or Wokingham. I hold sessions in The Therapy Centre, 6b Church Street, Reading and The Workingham Therapy Clinic, 49 Denmark Street, Wokingham.

If you would like to chat before you commit, just email me on or call/text me on 07446950386

What is Cognitive Hypnotherapy?

A flexible and effective approach tailored to you

A core belief that underpinned my approach is that everyone is unique and so there is no ‘one-size fits all’

Through using a combination of traditional hypnosis and proven therapeutic techniques such as NLP (neuro-linguistic programming), EFT (emotional freedom technique), Eye Movement Integration, positive psychology, gestalt therapy and coaching, I can tailor a bespoke treatment plan to each client including providing you with personalised MP3 downloads.

All the work we do together is strictly confidential and offered in a totally non-judgmental, relaxing setting.

Sessions generally last between 60 to 90 minutes and clients are often surprised how quickly they start to feel and see the benefits.

What I can help you with?

As there are so many different problems both psychological and physical that can benefit from Cognitive Hypnotherapy, contact me to discuss your particular needs. You can read more about some of the most common issues I work with:
